SALIENT FEATURES

DESIGN
"Rockwell" Diesel Engine Winch Machines are designed for suitable Heavy duty applicaions. Generally, we manufacture winches with right hand operation, however, the same can be supplied with Left hand operation if desired.

BASE FRAME
Fabricated with Rolled Steel Sections/Plates properly ribbed, Floored with surface plate for working area, Lifting lugs. Anchoring holes for foundation provided.

REDUCER
1ST Stage reduction with Worm Reduction Gear Box of reputed make & other reduction with open Spur Gears & pinions.

BEARINGS
Self alining bearings are used of reputed make.

ROPE DRUM
Steel fabricated Drum duly machined, having flanges at both ends.

WIRE ROPE
6x19, IWRC construction, best plough steel con-formingto 1S-2266 is Supplied with Winch machine at Extra cost.

BRAKES
Foot operated band brakes are provided with ferrodo wire woven lining.

CLUTCH
Mechanically operated expansion type hand operated Clutch used with wire woven lining, which can be easily replaceable.

DRIVE
Industrial Diesel Engine Kirloskar / Perkins at Extra cost.
